Niagra Falls: Face of Splendor
by Joshua Coffman
Crashing, roaring, thundering down
Filling the day with a glorious crown,
Like a swirling, fury full blender.
Niagara Falls: Face of splendor.
Flitting, rushing, whispering through
The lower river, past the waves, into
The coming crash, right now so tender.
Niagara Falls: Face of splendor.
Twirling, whirling, flashing round
A gorge that let’s the Falls drown
The truth- its name will render:
Niagara Falls: Face of splendor.
